# problem with modern ai products is that while each person will be managing thousands of agents there is no way to do so. our tools, orgs, and skills are very far from it, as i learned from over **300 participants** of my ai workshops surprisingly, they don't do their work in a browser's vm, without account logins, files, and desktop apps, and share all their credentials surprisingly, they don't want to learn prompting for 3 months just to make a chatbot not forget, hallucinate, or fail at the same task after being corrected 5 times - and switch between 10 chatbot apps in the process of completing said task perhaps most surprisingly, i discovered that no llm vendor or tech giant is interested in building smth for normal people - they all build for companies or developers (best case!), but not everyone has a stanford phd in cs. with business models based on subverting user control and privacy, there is not much room but to lock-in and gobble up data ![[Pasted image 20250510235124.png]] there is a massive market of **mundane automation** - tasks not performed 100.000 per years to grant 50k investment. every person has hundreds of those, highly custom, annoying, and unique thus, we have 3 problems - access - skill - ownership let's see how we can solve them --> [[solution built for people]] ---
